Music can be divided into different genres in different ways,genre of music refers to styles of music.Among the criteria often used to classify musical genres are the trichotomy of art, popular, and traditional musics.There are some definitions of the art music,popular music and traditional music.The art music refers to classical traditions including historical and contemporary music forms.Art music also recognize as formal music. Art music exists in many part of the world,western art music considered primarily written musical tradition.Art music may include certain forms of jazz, though some feel that jazz is primarily a form of popular music.popular music is different from art music popular music is found on most radio stations and movie television soundtracks. Traditional music can be called as folk music,western music or non western music can be considered as “world music”
